आद्यं धनिष्टांशं अभिप्रपन्नो माघे यदा यात्युदयं सुरेज्यः । षष्ट्यब्दपूर्वः प्रभवः स नाम्ना प्रपद्यते भूतहितस्तदाब्दः ॥ ८-२७ ॥

When Jupiter (bṛhaspati) reappears at the beginning of the constellation of Dhaniṣṭhā in the month of Māgha, the first year of the cycle of 60 years of Jupiter known as Prabhava commences. In it all creatures will be happy.

english translation

AdyaM dhaniSTAMzaM abhiprapanno mAghe yadA yAtyudayaM surejyaH । SaSTyabdapUrvaH prabhavaH sa nAmnA prapadyate bhUtahitastadAbdaH ॥ 8-27 ॥
