खुरदेशे यो ग्रन्थिः खुरिणां पीडाकरः स निर्दिष्टः । ईषाशीर्षण्योश्च त्रिभागसंस्थो भवेन्न शुभः ॥ ७९-३१ ॥
If there be a knot at the foot of the leg, hoofed animals will suffer; if there be three knots in the frames, there will be much suffering.
