तेजो न तद्यत्प्रियसाहसत्वं वाक्यं न चानिष्टं असत्प्रणीतम् । कार्यस्य गत्व अन्तं अनुद्धता ये तेजस्विनस्ते न विकत्थना ये ॥ ७५-०७ ॥
It is not manly in a person thoughtlessly to attempt to do a thing or to utter falsehood with a view to please others. A person who, even while successfully executing a business, does not feel proud nor indulge in selfish praise, is truly noble.
