बहिर्लोम्ना तु षण्मासान्वेष्टितः खरचर्मणा । दारातिक्रमणे भिक्षां देहिइत्युक्त्वा विशुध्यति ॥ ७४-१३ ॥
According to the Śāstras, a man that commits adultery shall dress himself in the skin of the ass with the hairy side without, and beg his meals for six months for his purification.
