मातृभूधनकुलक्षयावहा रोगमृत्युजननाश्च पर्वभिः । द्व्यादिभिर्द्विकविवर्धितैः क्रमात् द्वादशान्तविरतैः समैः फलम् ॥ ७२-०५ ॥
If the handle contain two, four, six, eight, ten or twelve joints, the effects will respectively be the death of a person’s mother, loss of lands, of wealth and of family, disease or death.
