छत्रध्वजस्वस्तिकवर्धमानश्रीवृक्षकुम्भाम्बुजतोरणऽद्यैः । छेदऽकृतिर्नैरृतभागगाअपि पुंसां विधत्ते न चिरेण लक्ष्मीम् ॥ ७१-१४ ॥
A new garment presented by Brāhmaṇas with their benedictions or by the king for merit or on occasions of marriage, may be worn irrespective of the position of the stars in the lunar Zodiac and the effects will always be good.
