शुक्लचतुर्विषाणो द्विपो महेन्द्रस्य वज्रपाणित्वम् । तिर्यग्ललाटसंस्थं तृतीयं अपि लोचनं चिह्नम् ॥ ५८-४२ ॥

The image of Indra shall be mounted on a white elephant with four tusks and with the weapon known as Vajrāyuddha in his hand: there shall be a third eye in the forehead of the figure.
