सिद्धार्थं अपरयाम्ये यमसूर्यं पश्चिमोत्तरे शाले । दण्डाख्यं उदक्पूर्वे वातऽख्यं प्राग्युता याम्या ॥ ५३-३९ ॥
The house which has inner verandahs on the western and southern sides is known as Siddhārtha. and the house which has inner verandahs on the western and northern sides is known as Yamasūrya; that which has inner verandahs on the eastern and northern sides is known as Daṇḍa, and that which has such verandahs on the eastern and southern sides, is known as Vāta.
