अङ्गुष्ठेन भ्रूउदरं वाअङ्गुलिं वा स्पृष्ट्वा पृच्छेद्गर्भचिन्ता तदा स्यात् । मध्वाज्याद्यैर्हेमरत्नप्रवालैर् अग्रस्थैर्वा मातृधात्र्यात्मजैश्च ॥ ५१-३७ ॥

One should touch the eyebrows, abdomen or fingers with one’s thumb and ask if one is worried about pregnancy. They may offer honey, oil, gold, jewels, corals, or the children of their mothers and fathers.
