वायव्येष्वेषु नृपतिर्वायुं शक्तुभिरर्चयेत् । आवायोरिति पञ्चर्चो जप्तव्याः प्रयतैर्द्विजैः ॥ ४६-६३ ॥
If monkey (apes) should be seen to copulate, or if ladles, winnowing baskets or other utensils should be heard to sound in an unusual manner, or if a jackal should be heard to howl, there would be wars in which armed men would engage in fight, according to the sages.
