अपचारेण नराणां उपसर्गः पापसञ्चयाद्भवति । संसूचयन्ति दिव्यऽन्तरिक्षभौमास्त उत्पाताः ॥ ४६-०२ ॥
Mankind, because of their sins, suffer misfortunes, and the approach of these is indicated by portents, stellar, atmospheric and terrestrial.
