मुदिताः प्रजाश्च तेषां भयरोगविवर्जिताः प्रभूतान्नाः । ध्वजएव चाभिधास्यति जगति निमित्तैः फलं सदसत् ॥ ४३-१० ॥

The people were happy and free from fear and disease and had plenty of food. The flag itself will declare the good and evil fruits of the causes in the world.

english translation

muditAH prajAzca teSAM bhayarogavivarjitAH prabhUtAnnAH । dhvajaeva cAbhidhAsyati jagati nimittaiH phalaM sadasat ॥ 43-10 ॥
