Brihat Samhita
कन्यागते दिनकरे चामरखरकरभवाजिनां क्रेता । षष्ठे मासे द्विगुणं लाभं अवाप्नोति विक्रीणन् ॥ ४२-०७ ॥
If the phenomena should occur when the Sun is in the sign Kanyā (Virgo) the tradesman shall purchase Cāmara (chowries), asses, camels and horses; if he should dispose of them in the sixth month, he would get double their value.
english translation
kanyAgate dinakare cAmarakharakarabhavAjinAM kretA । SaSThe mAse dviguNaM lAbhaM avApnoti vikrINan ॥ 42-07 ॥
