प्रोक्तस्थानाभावादुदगुच्चः क्षेमवृद्धिवृष्टिकरः । दक्षिणतुङ्गश्चन्द्रो दुर्भिक्षभयाय निर्दिष्टः ॥ ४-१६ ॥

sanskrit

If the northern horn should be higher than the southern one otherwise than as stated already, the crops will flourish and there will be good rain. If the southern horn should be similarly higher there will be famine and fear in the land.

english translation

proktasthAnAbhAvAdudaguccaH kSemavRddhivRSTikaraH । dakSiNatuGgazcandro durbhikSabhayAya nirdiSTaH ॥ 4-16 ॥
