रजनीद्वयं विसर्पति यस्मिन्राष्ट्रे रजोघनं बहुलम् । परचक्रस्य आगमनं तस्मिन्नपि सन्निबोद्धव्यम् ॥ ३८-०६ ॥
If in a particular country the storm should be found to remain for two days together, that country will be overrun by the army of the enemy.
