वारुणपौरन्दरयोः सुभिक्षशिववृष्टिहार्दयो लोके । गावो अतिभूरिपयसो निवृत्तवैराश्च भूपालाः ॥ ३२-२९ ॥
In the Varuna (Water) and Paurandara (Indra/Earth) Mandalas, [such signs] bring abundance of food, auspicious rains, and happiness to the world. The cows yield extremely profuse milk, and the kings (rulers) abandon their hostilities and become peaceful.
