क्षामा जुगुप्समानाः स्वनृपतिपरचक्रपीडिता मनुजाः । स्वनृपतिचरितं कर्म न पुरा कृतं प्रब्रुवन्त्यन्ये ॥ ३-१५ ॥

Men, reduced to mere bones and as named to beg will be harassed both by their own princes and by the princes of other lands. Some will begin to speak disparagingly of the character and deeds of their own sovereign.

english translation

kSAmA jugupsamAnAH svanRpatiparacakrapIDitA manujAH । svanRpaticaritaM karma na purA kRtaM prabruvantyanye ॥ 3-15 ॥
