फलकुसुमसम्प्रवृद्धिं वनस्पतीनां विलोक्य विज्ञेयम् । सुलभत्वं द्रव्याणां निष्पत्तिश्चापि सस्यानाम् ॥ २९-०१ ॥

Judging from the growth of the fruits and flowers of trees and, plants we may determine beforehand what articles can be had cheap and in abundance and what crops will thrive.
