उदितं यदि शीतदीधितिं प्रथमं पृष्ठत एति रोहिणी । शुभं एव तदा स्मरातुराः प्रमदाः कामवशेन संस्थिताः ॥ २४-३१ ॥

If on the night of the Rohiṇī Yoga day the Moon should rise first and the group immediately next after it, there will be happiness in the land and women will become amorous and subject to the influence of men.

english translation

uditaM yadi zItadIdhitiM prathamaM pRSThata eti rohiNI । zubhaM eva tadA smarAturAH pramadAH kAmavazena saMsthitAH ॥ 24-31 ॥
