विगतघने वा वियति विवस्वान् अमृदुमयूखः सलिलकृदेवम् । सर इव फुल्लं निशि कुमुदाढ्यं खं उडुविशुद्धं यदि च सुवृष्ट्यै ॥ २४-२२ ॥

If, on the Rohiṇī Yoga day, the sky should be clear and without clouds and the Sun exceedingly hot, there will be rain in the rainy season. If on the night of the Yoga day, the sky with its glittering stars should resemble a tank with its lilies, there will also be rain.

english translation

vigataghane vA viyati vivasvAn amRdumayUkhaH salilakRdevam । sara iva phullaM nizi kumudADhyaM khaM uDuvizuddhaM yadi ca suvRSTyai ॥ 24-22 ॥
