Brihat Samhita
उपहतदाम्भिकराक्षसनिद्राबहुलाश्च जन्तवः सर्वे । धर्मेण च संत्यक्ता माषतिलाश्चार्कशशिशत्रोः ॥ १६-३६ ॥
He also presides over the most wicked in the family, over torturers, ungrateful men, thieves, persons who are untruthful, uncleanly and ungenerous; over ass-riders, duelists, persons of easily irritable temperament, infants in the womb and Cāṇḍālas.

upahatadAmbhikarAkSasanidrAbahulAzca jantavaH sarve । dharmeNa ca saMtyaktA mASatilAzcArkazazizatroH ॥ 16-36 ॥
