Brihat Samhita
बान्धन शाकुनिकाशुचिकैवर्तविरूपवृद्धसौकरिकाः । गणपूज्यस्खलितव्रतशबरपुलिन्दार्थपरिहीनाः । १६-३२ ॥
Bound by ties, deformed and indulging in pleasure like vultures, though worshiped, those who have strayed from their vows, the barbarous and forest-dwelling, are without wealth or resources.
