द्रविडविदेहान्ध्राश्मक भासापर कौङ्कणाः समन्त्रिषिकाः । कुन्तलकेरलदण्डककान्तिपुरम्लेच्छ सङ्करिणः ॥ १६-११ ॥
Among the southern peoples are the Drāviḍas, the Videhas, the Āndhras, the Aśmakas, the Bhāsas, the Aparas, and the Kauṇkaṇas; the Samantṛṣikas, the Kuntala, Kerala, Daṇḍaka, Kāntipura, and the mixed Mleccha tribes.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptनासिक्यभोगवर्धनविराटविन्ध्याद्रिपार्श्वगा देशाः । ये च पिबन्ति सुतोयां तापीं ये च अपि गोमतीसलिलं । नागरकृषिकरपारतहुताशनाजीवि शस्त्रवार्तानाम् । आटविकदुर्गकर्वट वधिक नृशंसावलिप्तानाम् ॥ १६-१२ ॥
The regions of Nāśikya, Bhoga, Vardhana, Virāṭa, and those on the flanks of the Vindhya mountains; those who drink the waters of the Sutoī, the Tāpi, and those of the Gomati; the towns, the farmers, the Parata people, and the grain-eaters; the news of weapons and warfare; the forest forts, the mountain passes, and the cruel, blood-stained people.

nAsikyabhogavardhanavirATavindhyAdripArzvagA dezAH । ye ca pibanti sutoyAM tApIM ye ca api gomatIsalilaM । nAgarakRSikarapAratahutAzanAjIvi zastravArtAnAm । ATavikadurgakarvaTa vadhika nRzaMsAvaliptAnAm ॥ 16-12 ॥

The kings, princes, and elephant-owning chiefs; the herds of cattle and other animals; the blood-stained banners, the flowering trees, the shrubs, and the sharp-tusked animals.

The Kosha-dwellers, the Agnihotris, the metalworkers, the Shākyas, the Bhikṣus, and the thieves; the deceitful, the long-standing enemies, and the rulers of the sons of the earth.

The Lohitya, the Sindhu, the Saryu, and the Gambhīrika rivers, which are known for chariots; the Ganga, the Kaushikī, and other rivers of Videha and Kamboja.
