तदुपहतं इति प्रचक्षते प्रकृतिविपर्यययातं एव वा । निगदितपरिवर्गदूषणं कथितविपर्ययगं समृद्धये ॥ १५-३२ ॥

It is said that it is destroyed, either due to the reversal of nature itself; or due to the deterioration of the described groups, caused by deviation or disorder, leading to their decline.

english translation

tadupahataM iti pracakSate prakRtiviparyayayAtaM eva vA । nigaditaparivargadUSaNaM kathitaviparyayagaM samRddhaye ॥ 15-32 ॥
