आग्नेय्यां दिशि कोशलकलिङ्गवङ्गौपवङ्गजठराङ्गाः । शौलिकविदर्भवत्सान्ध्रचेदिकाश्चऊर्ध्वकण्ठाश्च ॥ १४-०८ ॥

In the south-eastern direction are the Kośalas, the Kaliṅgas, the Vaṅgas, the Upavaṅgas, and the Jaṭharāṅgas; the Śaulikas, the Vidarbhas, the Vatsas, the Andhras, the Chedikas, and the Ūrdhva-kaṇṭhas as well.
