दिशि पश्चिमोत्तरस्यां माण्डव्य तुषार तालहलमद्राः । अश्मककुलूत हलडाः स्त्रीराज्यनृसिंहवनखस्थाः ॥ १४-२२ ॥

In the north-western direction are the Māṇḍavyas, the Tuṣāra, the Tālahala, and the Madras; the Aśmakas, the Kulūtas, the Haladas; and the women-ruled kingdoms, Nṛsiṁha’s forest, and the Khastas.

english translation

dizi pazcimottarasyAM mANDavya tuSAra tAlahalamadrAH । azmakakulUta halaDAH strIrAjyanRsiMhavanakhasthAH ॥ 14-22 ॥
