आज्ञाअर्थमानऽस्पदभूतिवस्त्रशत्रुक्षयान्दैत्यगुरुस्तृतीये । दत्ते चतुर्थश्च सुहृत्समाजं रुद्रैन्द्रवज्रप्रतिमां च शक्तिम् ॥ १०४-३४ ॥
When Venus passes through the 3rd house from the Moon, the person will become influential, wealthy and respectable and will return to his place and will get clothes. His enemies will meet with ruin. When Venus passes through the 4th house, the person will get friends and will become greatly powerful.
