स्थानकल्यधनहा दशऋक्षगस् तत्प्रदो भवति लाभगो गुरुः । द्वादशे अध्वनि विलोमदुःखभाग् याति यद्यपि नरो रथोद्धतः ॥ १०४-३१ ॥
When Jupiter passes through the 10th house from the Moon, the person will quit his place and suffer loss of health and wealth. When Jupiter passes through the 11th house, the person will return to his country and will recover his health and wealth. When Jupiter passes through the 12th house, the person will suffer grief in his return journey.

sthAnakalyadhanahA dazaRkSagas tatprado bhavati lAbhago guruH । dvAdaze adhvani vilomaduHkhabhAg yAti yadyapi naro rathoddhataH ॥ 104-31 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रथमगृहौपगो भृगुसुतः स्मरौपकरणैः सुरभिमनोज्ञगन्धकुसुमाम्बरैरुपचयम् । शयनगृहऽसनाशनयुतस्य च अनुकुरुते समदविलासिनीमुखसरोजषट्चरणताम् ॥ १०४-३२ ॥
The son of Bhṛgu, who entered the first house, was adorned with lustful utensils, fragrant flowers and clothes. The six-legged lotus-like face of the Lord, whose bed, house, seat and food are all enjoyed by the Lord, is pleasing to Him.

prathamagRhaupago bhRgusutaH smaraupakaraNaiH surabhimanojJagandhakusumAmbarairupacayam । zayanagRha'sanAzanayutasya ca anukurute samadavilAsinImukhasarojaSaTcaraNatAm ॥ 104-32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशुक्रे द्वितीयगृहगे प्रसवार्थधान्य भूपाल सन्नत कुटुम्बहितान्यवाप्य । संसेवते कुसुमरत्नविभूषितश्च कामं वसन्ततिलकद्युतिमूर्धजो अपि ॥ १०४-३३ ॥
In Venus in the second house, the king obtains grain for the purpose of procreation and the welfare of his family. Adorned with flowers and jewels, the Lord enjoys His desires.

zukre dvitIyagRhage prasavArthadhAnya bhUpAla sannata kuTumbahitAnyavApya । saMsevate kusumaratnavibhUSitazca kAmaM vasantatilakadyutimUrdhajo api ॥ 104-33 ॥

When Venus passes through the 3rd house from the Moon, the person will become influential, wealthy and respectable and will return to his place and will get clothes. His enemies will meet with ruin. When Venus passes through the 4th house, the person will get friends and will become greatly powerful.

AjJAarthamAna'spadabhUtivastrazatrukSayAndaityagurustRtIye । datte caturthazca suhRtsamAjaM rudraindravajrapratimAM ca zaktim ॥ 104-34 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptजनयति शुक्रः पञ्चमसंस्थो गुरुपरितोषं बन्धुजनऽप्तिम् । सुतधनलब्धिं मित्रसहायाननवसितत्वं च अरिबलेषु ॥ १०४-३५ ॥
When Venus passes through the 5th house, the person will become happy, will get kinsmen, sons, wealth and friends and will not suffer defeat by the enemy.
