प्रश्नप्रतिप्रश्नकथाप्रसङ्गान्स्वल्पौपयोगान्ग्रहसम्भवाम्श्च । सन्त्यज्य फल्गूनि च सारभूतं भूतार्थं अर्थैः सकलैः प्रवक्ष्ये ॥ १-११ ॥
In the present treatise, I have rejected questions and re-questions, historical narrations, unimportant planetary phenomena and all that is useless; and my purpose is to speak clearly only of the vital truths of the several subjects treated of.
