बलयुक्ते च राशीशे पूर्णं तस्य तदा फलम् । फलं मध्य्बले मध्यं बलहीने विपर्ययः ॥ ३॥

The effects of the Dasha will be of medium nature, if the strength is medium. If the Lord of Rāśi possesses little strength, the effects will be experienced accordingly.
