मेषे शतं वृषेऽक्षाष्टौ मिथुने त्रिगजाः समाः । कर्कटेऽङ्गगजाः प्रोक्तास्तावन्तस्तत्त्रिकोणयोः ॥ ८९॥
The number of years (Purna Ayu) are, as under. For the Ańś in Mesh 100 years, in Vrishabh 85 years, in Mithun 83 years, in Kark 86 years. The number of years will be the same for Rāśis, situated the 5th and 9th to them.
