तथा खण्डसुधाघट्यौ चतुर्घ्ने तिथिभिर्भजेत् । लब्धं वर्षादिकं मानं सूर्यादीनां खचारिणाम् ॥ ४८॥
The figure so arrived at should be converted into years, months etc. By multiplying it by the serial number of Sūrya and other Grahas in their normal order, we will get the Kaal Dasha of these Grahas.

tathA khaNDasudhAghaTyau caturghne tithibhirbhajet । labdhaM varSAdikaM mAnaM sUryAdInAM khacAriNAm ॥ 48॥
