विद्याप्तिर्वाक्पटुत्वं च सुगोष्ठ्या कालयापनम् । शुभर्क्षे फलमेवं स्यात् पापभे फलमन्यथा ॥ १३४॥
If the Rāśi be a benefic, good effects are realized in full, otherwise the effects would be of a mixed nature.
english translation
vidyAptirvAkpaTutvaM ca sugoSThyA kAlayApanam । zubharkSe phalamevaM syAt pApabhe phalamanyathA ॥ 134॥
