नृत्यलिप्सागते भूसुते जन्मिनामिन्दिराराशिरायाति भूमीपतेः । स्वर्नरत्नप्रवालैः सदा मण्डिता वासशाला नराणां भवेत्सर्वदा ॥ ७३॥
If Mangal is in Nritya Lips, the native will earn wealth through the king and will be endowed with fullness of gold, diamonds and corals in his house.

nRtyalipsAgate bhUsute janminAmindirArAzirAyAti bhUmIpateH । svarnaratnapravAlaiH sadA maNDitA vAsazAlA narANAM bhavetsarvadA ॥ 73॥
