बली सदा पापरतो नरः स्यादसत्यवादी नितरां प्रगल्भः । धनेन पूर्णो निजधर्महीनो धरासुतश्चेदुपवेशनस्थः ॥ ६५॥
If Mangal is placed in Upavesan, the native will be strong, sinful, untruthful, eminent, wealthy and bereft of virtues.
