नाक्षत्रिकदशारीत्या पुनः पूरणमाचरेत् । नामाद्यस्वरसंख्याढ्यं हर्तव्यं रविभिस्ततः ॥ ३४॥
This figure should be divided by 12 and the remainder will indicate the corresponding Avastha of the Grah. The sub-state in the said Avastha can be found out in the following way.

nAkSatrikadazArItyA punaH pUraNamAcaret । nAmAdyasvarasaMkhyADhyaM hartavyaM ravibhistataH ॥ 34॥
