Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra
बलाऽबलविचारेण ज्ञातव्यञ्च शुभाऽशुभम् । एवं क्रमेण बोद्धव्यं सर्वाभावेषु बुद्धिमन् ॥ १५५॥
Thus the good and bad effects should be guessed, assessing the strength and weakness of the Grahas, concerning all the Bhavas.
english translation
balA'balavicAreNa jJAtavyaJca zubhA'zubham । evaM krameNa boddhavyaM sarvAbhAveSu buddhiman ॥ 155॥
