लग्नेशलग्नभागेशौ रिश्फरन्ध्रारिगौ यदि । मारकेशयुतौ दृष्टौ जातोऽसौ निर्धनो नरः ॥ ११॥
Should the Lord of the natal Lagn and that of the Navāńś Lagn be yuti with, or receive a Drishti from Marak Grahas, one will be penniless.
english translation
lagnezalagnabhAgezau rizpharandhrArigau yadi । mArakezayutau dRSTau jAto'sau nirdhano naraH ॥ 11॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशुभस्थानगताः पापाः पापस्थानगताः शुभाः । निर्धनो जायते बालो भोजनेन प्रपीडितः ॥ १२॥
If inauspicious Bhavas are occupied by benefics, while auspicious Bhavas are occupied by malefics, the native will be indigent and will be distressed even in the matter of food.

zubhasthAnagatAH pApAH pApasthAnagatAH zubhAH । nirdhano jAyate bAlo bhojanena prapIDitaH ॥ 12॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकोणेशदृष्टिहीना ये त्रिकेशैः संयुता ग्रहाः । ते सर्वे स्वदशाकाले धनहानिकराः स्मृताः ॥ १३॥
A Grah, associated with one of the Lords of Ari, Randhr and Vyaya Bhava, being bereft of a Drishti from the Lord of a Kon, will in its Dasha periods cause harm to the native‟s financial aspects.

koNezadRSTihInA ye trikezaiH saMyutA grahAH । te sarve svadazAkAle dhanahAnikarAH smRtAH ॥ 13॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकारकाद् वा विलग्नाद् वा रन्ध्रेरिष्फे द्विजोत्तम । कारकाङ्गपयोदृष्ट्या धनहीनः प्रजायते ॥ १४॥
If the 8th/12th from Atma Karak, or Randhr/Vyaya Bhava receive a Drishti from the Atma Karak‟s Navāńś Lord and the Lord of Janma Lagn, the native will be bereft of wealth.

kArakAd vA vilagnAd vA randhreriSphe dvijottama । kArakAGgapayodRSTyA dhanahInaH prajAyate ॥ 14॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकारकेशो व्ययं स्वस्मात् लग्नेशो लग्नतो व्ययम् । वीक्षते चेत् तदा बालो व्ययशीलो भवेद्ध्रुवम् ॥ १५॥
The native will be a spendthrift, if the 12th from Atma Karak receives a Drishti from the dispositor of Atma Karak, or, if Vyaya Bhava receives a Drishti from the Lord of Lagn.
