तदहं संप्रवक्ष्यामि मैत्रेय त्वं विधारय। जन्मलग्नात् परिज्ञानं निषेकं सर्व्जन्तु यत्॥ २६॥

tadahaM saMpravakSyAmi maitreya tvaM vidhAraya। janmalagnAt parijJAnaM niSekaM sarvjantu yat॥ 26॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्मिन् भावे स्थितो मन्दस्तस्य मान्देर्यदन्तरम्। लग्नभाग्यान्तरं योज्यं यच्च राश्यादि जायते॥ २७॥
Add this to the difference between the Lagn Bhava (Madhya, or cusp) and the 9th Bhava (cusp).
english translation
yasmin bhAve sthito mandastasya mAnderyadantaram। lagnabhAgyAntaraM yojyaM yacca rAzyAdi jAyate॥ 27॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमासादि तन्मितं ज्ञेयं जन्मतः प्रक् निषेकजम्। यद्यदृश्यदलेङ्गेशस्तदेन्दोर्भुक्तभागयुक्॥ २८॥
The resultant product in Rāśis, degrees etc. will represent the months, days etc., that elapsed between Nishek and birth. At birth, if Lagn Lord is in the invisible half (i.e. from Lagn cusp to descendental cusp), add the degrees etc., Candr moved in the particular Rāśi, occupied by her, to the abovementioned product.

mAsAdi tanmitaM jJeyaM janmataH prak niSekajam। yadyadRzyadaleGgezastadendorbhuktabhAgayuk॥ 28॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतत्काले साधयेल्लग्नं शोधयेत् पूर्ववत्तनुम्। तस्माच्छुभाशुभं वाच्यं गर्भस्थस्य विशेषतः॥ २९॥
Then Lagn at Nishek can be worked out and the good and bad, experienced by the native in the womb, can be guessed.

tatkAle sAdhayellagnaM zodhayet pUrvavattanum। tasmAcchubhAzubhaM vAcyaM garbhasthasya vizeSataH॥ 29॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशुभाशुभं वदेत् पित्रोर्जीवनं मरणं तथा। एवं निषेकलग्नेन सम्यग् ज्ञेयं स्वकल्पनात्॥ ३०॥
One can also guess with the help of Nishek Lagn effects, like longevity, death etc. of the parents.
