चन्द्रे वर्गोत्तमांशस्थे सबले चतुरादिभिः । ग्रहैर्दृष्टे च यो जातः स राजा भवति ध्रुवम् ॥ ४२॥
Should Candr, endowed with strength, be Vargottāńś and receives a Drishti from four, or more Grahas, the native will become a king.

candre vargottamAMzasthe sabale caturAdibhiH । grahairdRSTe ca yo jAtaH sa rAjA bhavati dhruvam ॥ 42॥
