Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra
तपःस्थानाधिपो मन्त्री मन्त्राधीशो विशेषतः । उभावन्योन्यसंदृष्टौ जातश्चेदिह राज्यभाक् ॥ ३३॥
Dharm‟s Lord is akin to a minister and more especially Putr‟s Lord. If these two Grahas mutually give a Drishti, the native will obtain a kingdom.

tapaHsthAnAdhipo mantrI mantrAdhIzo vizeSataH । ubhAvanyonyasaMdRSTau jAtazcediha rAjyabhAk ॥ 33॥
