दुःस्थानेशोऽपि नीचस्थो यदि लग्नं प्रपश्यति । तदाऽपि राजयोगः स्यादिति ज्ञेयं द्विजोत्तम ॥ २८॥
Even, if one among Ari‟s, Randhr‟s and Vyaya‟s Lords, being in debilitation, gives a Drishti to Lagn, there will be a Raj Yog.
english translation
duHsthAnezo'pi nIcastho yadi lagnaM prapazyati । tadA'pi rAjayogaH syAditi jJeyaM dvijottama ॥ 28॥
