पूर्णदृष्ट्येक्षितौ वापि मिथो योगकारौ तदा । योगेऽस्मिन् जायते भूपो विख्यातो वा जनो भवेत् ॥ १२॥

if there happens to be a full Drishti between a Lord of a Kendr and a Lord of a Kon, they cause a Yog. One born in such a Yog will become a king and be famous.

english translation

pUrNadRSTyekSitau vApi mitho yogakArau tadA । yoge'smin jAyate bhUpo vikhyAto vA jano bhavet ॥ 12॥
