कारकांशात् त्रिकोणस्थे पापखेतद्वये द्विज । मानवो मन्त्रतन्त्रज्ञो जायते नाऽत्र संशयः ॥ ७५॥
Miscellaneous Matters (up to Sloka 84). O Brahmin, if there are two malefics in a Kon from Karakāńś, the native will have knowledge of Mantras and Tantras (formulas for the attainment of super-human powers).
