कारकांशाद् व्ययस्थाने स्वभोच्चस्थे शुभग्रहे । सद्गतिर्जायते तस्य शुभलोकमवाप्नुयात् ॥ ६४॥
If the 12th from Karakāńś is vacant, then also good effects will follow. If there happens to be a benefic Grah in exaltation, or in own Bhava in the 12th from Karakāńś, or, if Ketu is so placed and receives a Drishti from, or is yuti with a benefic, one will attain heaven after death.
english translation
kArakAMzAd vyayasthAne svabhoccasthe zubhagrahe । sadgatirjAyate tasya zubhalokamavApnuyAt ॥ 64॥
