केतौ तत्प्रतिबन्धः स्यात् गुरौ तु स्रैण एव सः । राहौ चाऽर्थनिवृत्तिः स्यात् कारकांशाद् द्वितीयगे ॥ ३१॥
If Ketu is the 2nd from Karakāńś in a division of Śukr, or Mangal, addiction to other‟s wives will not prevail, while the position of Guru will cause such an evil. Rahu in the 2nd from Karakāńś will destroy wealth.
english translation
ketau tatpratibandhaH syAt gurau tu sraiNa eva saH । rAhau cA'rthanivRttiH syAt kArakAMzAd dvitIyage ॥ 31॥
