आरूढाद् वित्तभे सौम्ये सर्वदेशाधिपो भवेत् । सर्वज्ञो यदि वा स स्यात् कविर्वादी च भार्गवे ॥ ३०॥

General. If Budh is in the 2nd from Arudh Lagn, the native will Lord over the whole country. Śukr in the 2nd from Lagn Pad will make one a poet, or a speaker.

english translation

ArUDhAd vittabhe saumye sarvadezAdhipo bhavet । sarvajJo yadi vA sa syAt kavirvAdI ca bhArgave ॥ 30॥
