पदारूढाद् व्यये सौम्ये शुभखेटयुतेक्षिते । ज्ञातिमध्ये व्ययो नित्यं पापदृक् कलहाद् व्ययः ॥ १९॥

If Budh is in the 12th from Lagn Pad and is yuti with, or receives a Drishti from a benefic, similarly there will be expenses through paternal relatives. A malefic so related to the said Budh will cause loss of wealth through disputes.

english translation

padArUDhAd vyaye saumye zubhakheTayutekSite । jJAtimadhye vyayo nityaM pApadRk kalahAd vyayaH ॥ 19॥
