Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra
तानि स्थितिवशात्तेषां स्फुटदृष्टिवशात् तथा । बलाऽबलविवेकेन वक्तव्यानि शरीरिणाम् ॥ ८७॥
and other Grahas should be wisely conceived by their positions, relations and Drishtis apart from their strength, or weakness.
english translation
tAni sthitivazAtteSAM sphuTadRSTivazAt tathA । balA'balavivekena vaktavyAni zarIriNAm ॥ 87॥
