पतितः पापकर्मा च धूमे द्वादशसङ्गते । परदारेषु संसक्तो व्यसनी निर्घृणः शठः ॥ १३॥

If Dhum is in Vyaya Bhava, the native will be morally fallen, will indulge in sinful acts, be interested in others‟ wives, addicted to vices, unkind and crafty.
